The Schlemmerschule in St. Georg offers varied cooking courses and exciting seminars. While the courses are dedicated to special cooking styles, the seminars teach interesting things about spices, chocolates and more.
The program of the Schlemmerschule
In the Schlemmerschule, the cookery students decide for themselves what they want to learn. The cookery courses serve exotic, but also European cuisine directions. For fans of the meatless cuisine there are also vegetarian courses available. And after the class? Practice makes perfect. After all, no cook has fallen from the sky yet!
Gourmet manufacture
Spices, oils and vinegars from selected manufacturers are used in the courses and seminars of the Schlemmerschule. The products can be tasted and purchased at the Schlemmer School.
