Whether it's pony rides, miniature golf or hurtling down the slope in a sledge - Öjendorfer Park in eastern Hamburg offers lots of fun in the park both in summer and in winter.
All hell breaks loose on summer weekends in Öjendorfer Park: There are families everywhere having barbecues, picnicking and playing; with mini-golf and pony rides, the park has two other attractions for children. A snack shop and barbecue area are also available. Large sunbathing areas and a sandy beach invite you to a relaxing stay - the park lake is twice as large as the Inner Alster!
Öjendorf Lake has a bird conservation area on the north side where swimming is not allowed - there is a no-swim zone marked off on the southern end.
