The Centralkomitee has been welcoming visitors for over 100 years, who have enjoyed themselves here in different ways: from the guesthouse to the dance hall and cinema to the erotic shop and political cabaret under the name Polittbüro. Now the Central Committee is a stage for the stars of tomorrow.
The regular programme includes stand-up comedy, the best entertainment and newcomer artists who start their careers there. Many well-known artists have grown up on this stage and are now well-known in Hamburg and beyond. Those who cannot afford the entrance fee can contact the Central Committee and they will find a solution.
