At the visitors center, you can get all the information you need and purchase tickets. Opening hours: Daily, 09:00 a.m. - 08.00 p.m.

Free tickets for the Plaza are available at the visitor centre.
Also in the visitor centre of the Elbphilharmonie as well as in the shop on the Plaza you can find a selection of products and souvenirs designed exclusively for the Elbphilharmonie. Books, CDs with performances from the current season, the Elbphilharmonie magazine as well as informational material on the concert house complete the product range.
