Before we are swallowed (again) is a dance piece about productivity, exhaustion and care within ‘grind’ culture, which glorifies hard-working bodies and constant exertion. Three dancers navigate the tension between the urge to carry on and the need to let go. They reflect on the value we place on our time, our bodies and our attention. How much longer can we keep our heads above water?
