Diwali in Hamburg: An Evening of Light
The Hamburger Deutsch-Indische Gesellschaft e.V., founded in 1942, is the oldest organization for Indo-German cultural exchange in Hamburg.
Across India, Diwali is celebrated as the victory of light over darkness. For our society, it has become a fixed highlight of the year: an evening when Hamburg’s Indian community and everyone with a love for India come together under one roof.
Join us for lights, music, Indian dance and a shared buffet at the Hamburg-Haus in Eimsbüttel.
