Michelin-starred chef Thomas Martin creates seasonal set menus from which you can select a number of courses. The light and fresh cuisine is impressive in that it is elegant without having to flaunt it. An insight into the preparation of these culinary adventures is granted on request with a cooking class. In good weather, you can dine outside under the old lime trees; on colder days you can sit beneath a stucco ceiling and gleaming chandeliers.
The "Little Jacob" wine bar on the opposite side of the road invites you to enjoy an exquisite selection of fine wines and accompanying Mediterranean country cuisine. This offshoot is wonderful for a private party.
