After setting off, we set course for the Elbphilharmonie, in front of which we turn into the Elbe and you have a view of the impressive city panorama with the lively St. Pauli jetties and the historic ships lying there. Past the fish market hall on the starboard side, further past the Airbus halls and the tranquil Blankenese, you can dream your way to Stockholm or Helsinki.
On the bridge, our experienced boaters will explain to you how navigation works yesterday and today. Of course, our ship is now equipped with the most modern navigation equipment. The automatic identification system (AIS) is standard today.
In the radio operator's cabin it takes a lot of imagination to imagine how communication worked back then without smartphones and tablets. And at the chart table on the bridge you can marvel at the equipment used back then. Recreational boaters with a driving license and anyone interested are invited to try out their knowledge at the chart table on the bridge.
