The restaurant VLET on the Alster combines original Hamburg cuisine with modern Hanseatic atmosphere and a unique location below the Alster arcades. The second VLET has been a popular attraction for tourists and real Hamburgers since it opened in July 2016. The fabulous view of the Alster and Jungfernstieg is a highlight in every season. The philosophy of the restaurant is to offer authentic Hamburg cuisine with a focus on regional and homemade products. On weekends, the VLET serves a variety of breakfast options, which can best be enjoyed on the pontoon with a view of the water. In the evening, the day ends at the restaurant's own bar with homemade creations.
