Farm café and farm shop on the Wilkenshoff farm

Homemade, organic and seasonal

At the farm café and farm shop, you can find everything that the Wilkenshoff can produce themselves: A rich breakfast with eggs, sausages, homemade lemonade, solid lunch with soups, bratwurst from the farm's own pig, vegetarian food or homemade cakes and pies. Of course, everything is organic and seasonal!

Rural idyll and food like at grandma's house

Fresh air, an old half-timbered building that tells stories, tall trees that provide shade in summer, and from somewhere you can hear a chicken clucking. You quickly feel welcome at the Wilkenshoff just outside Hamburg. The heart of the organic farm is the farm café with the small farm shop. Breakfast with fresh eggs, honey from a beekeeper friend, homemade lemonade, a rich lunch menu with soups, quiche or whatever is in season.

The cosy café has room for 20 people. For those who don't want to miss out on dessert after all the delicacies, we recommend the homemade cake or pie.

Consistent and sustainable

100% organic, everything homemade and the preservation of rural culture are important to the Wilkenshoff. In particular, old fruit varieties are used. This not only creates variety, but also tastes good. Cattle and pigs grow up on the farm and are kept in a species-appropriate manner. By the way, the many preserved delicacies - all homemade, of course - offer a long-lasting farm experience.

The assortment ranges from pickled gherkins to liver sausage, jam and preserved soups. A visit to the farm shop is well worth it.

A piece of nature in Hamburg

In addition to the organic farm café in Hollenstedt, restaurateur Sebastian Junge and his team run the Wolfs Junge restaurant in the centre of Hamburg. The award-winning top restaurant cooks with food from the Wilkenshoff - completely regional, organic and seasonal!
