In Balz & Balz, siblings Kathrin and Chris have taken on the task of pampering their guests with home-made café specialities.
The highest-quality coffee meets home-made sandwiches and cakes. Here, you find the classic liverwurst rolls just as much as fruit bowls with maple quark and delicious smelling waffles. On the weekend, breakfast is served all day - you can choose between "rustic", "even more rustic, "as rustic as it gets" and "not at all rustic" - and the names testify to their content. Coffee and tea specialities round out any tasty choice.
