Power Yoga Germany has been in Hamburg for over 10 years!

Both in Hamburg-Winterhude and in the Schanzenviertel, we carry out asanas and breathing in a creative Power-Yoga-Kata-Flow. "PYG-Kata Flow" means the merging of asanas and breathing with breakbeats, hip-hop, dance & martial arts elements as a relaxing yin or dynamic yang yoga.
The fun of creativity and selected music, the understanding of anatomical functional connections, the devotion with which our teachers teach as well as regular workshops with high-class lecturers from Germany and abroad give our classes a very personal style, improve the practice of yoga and set happiness hormones free. The renowned founder of Power Yoga Germany, Andrea “Qbi” Kubasch (author of numerous yoga publications & DVDs) and Dirk Engels (Author: Yoga for Men), as well as the 25-member Power Yoga Germany team establish a warm atmosphere with plenty of room for body and soul.
