Tickets for the HARRY POTTER play in Hamburg are available in two different price categories (PK). Depending on the price category, the seat is determined. The seating plan shows PK1 (beige) and PK2 (yellow).

More than three hours of magical experience

Alohomora!  With the new play HARRY POTTER und das verwunschene Kind, the world of magic opens up to you. The play, which was celebrated on Broadway, is now also thrilling at the Hamburg Mehr! Theater am Großmarkt. The production consists of two performances. Between the parts there is time to buy chocolate frogs, eat something tasty or take photos in the lovingly designed foyer.

Magical production

There is a lot of magic in the world of Harry Potter and this is transferred to the stage of the theatre performance. With surprising effects and an impressive scenery, the audience is amazed: Wasn't there real magic involved after all?

The play is accompanied musically by four suites, each of which characterises an act of the play. Grammy and Ivor Novello Award winner Imogen Heap created the music especially for HARRY POTTER und das verwunschene Kind.

Harry, Ron and Hermione are back for a new adventure

A new generation of witches and wizards is growing up at Hogwarts. Harry's son Albus Severus makes friends with Scorpius Malfoy - the son of his former rival Draco. Using a forbidden time reverser, the two embark on a journey through time that turns the wizarding world upside down. The Gryffindor trio of Harry, Ron and Hermione must now set out to keep the peace that was painstakingly won in the Battle of Hogwarts.

The eighth part of Harry Potter as a book and on stage

Parallel to the premiere of Jack Thorne's play in London's West End in summer 2016, the script for Harry Potter and the cursed child was published. The play is based on an original story by J.K. Rowling, John Tiffany and Jack Thorne. The official stage script in paperback edition became an instant worldwide bestseller. This edition includes useful background information such as a timeline of events in the wizarding world before the play began and the Potters' family tree. Also included is a conversation between director John Tiffany and author Jack Thorne on stories and insights about reading plays.
