The stand-up paddling (short: SUP) is now much more than just a pure trend sport on the water and from May 2019 also possible in Bad Bodenteich. In addition to the physical and mental relaxation, water sports train the entire body, especially the deep muscles, the mobility, as well as the entire motor skills and the sense of balance.
Another plus point: SUPen is a very joint-gentle sport, which also relaxes tense neck and shoulder muscles and promotes blood circulation in the back.
With an introduction to the technology and a lot of fun, you can now enter the world of this great water sport in the spa park on the lake in Bad Bodenteich. You will be accompanied by Andre Krohne. He is a trained and multi-certified Personal Trainer, SUP Instructor and Specialist in Outdoor Activities and Exercise in Nature.
Stand up paddling is suitable for every fitness level and age. It can look completely different from relaxed driving to demanding fitness training. In any case, it's a lot of fun!
If you would like to try out the sport, you have the chance to do so in Bad Bodenteicher Kurpark am See as part of "SUP Beginner Courses". Students should be able to swim and bring fast-drying sports or swim wear as well as a towel. A life jacket can be provided.
