Bernhard Vömel takes the participants on a two and a half hour hike to the Meißendorfer ponds - especially around Lake Hüttensee. Over time, a nature and bird protection area has developed here. The volunteer at NABU Gut Sunder has already seen many bird species on his tours.
Experience the bird life at Lake Hüttensee, the area is an ideal breeding area. Great crested grebe, great cormorant, great gray and great egret, great gray and Canada geese, passer or piston duck, shoveler, kingfisher and much more, and with a little luck you can also see the sea eagle. The shy, rare otter also resettles in the protected area.
