The Duvenstedt amateur theatre company performs "Pippi in Taka-Tuka-Land" by Astrid Lindgren / adapted for the stage by Heidi Ernesti and Ralph Reiniger, directed by Claudia Iden-Marquard

Who doesn't know her, the strongest girl in the world, who breaks all norms and, with courage and wit, not only conquers the hearts of Tommy and Annika, but has been delighting and enchanting children and adults all over the world for 70 years now: Pippi Longstocking!

In the small village where Pippi, Tommy and Annika live, there are only three sights to see: an old museum, a stone hill and, not to forget, Villa Villekulla.

Pippi's home not only magically attracts the villagers, but also a nasty, wicked speculator who wants to tear down Villa Villekulla! But of course, he hasn't reckoned with Pippi and her friends Tommy and Annika!

As if that weren't exciting enough, Pippi also receives a letter from her father, Captain Longstocking. She is to accompany him to Taka-Tuka Island, where he has now been crowned king. The inhabitants are eager to meet the famous Pippi. Together with Tommy and Annika, Pippi and her father sail on the Hoppetosse to Taka-Tuka Land, where they immediately explore the island with their new friends Mimi, Momo, and Moana and experience many new adventures.

Because there they not only have to fight against dangerous sharks, but also have to take on the two dangerous pirates Jim and Buck, who want to steal a valuable pearl treasure!

Will Pippi and her friends manage to save the treasure and drive the nasty pirates away? And what's the deal with the mysterious "Spunk"?

Would you like to uncover this secret and join Pippi and her friends on their adventures? Then visit us at the Max Kramp House and we'll sail together on the Hoppetosse to Taka-Tuka Land!

“All big and small trallalala I invite you to my place” to one of our 6 performance dates at the Max-Kramp-Haus, Duvenstedter Markt 8 in 22397 Hamburg.
