100% horrible entertainment: experience history in a different way: In the catacombs of Hamburg's Speicherstadt, professional actors bring the city's darkest events back to life. In front of gruesome backdrops and with the help of cinematic effects, visitors experience the historical events of Hamburg's history for 90 minutes in thirteen different show areas.
One of the top sights in Hamburg takes you through 600 years of horrible Hamburg history. With the elevator of horror you go down into the catacombs of the Speicherstadt, directly into the old library of dark history, where the old stories are written, which you will experience live on your tour through the Dungeon. You will have to answer to the torturer and the inquisitor, you will try to escape from the fire of 1842. Will you find your way through the labyrinth of lost souls? Or can't you make it in time because the plague is taking you too? Beware of the dangers that lurk everywhere!

It is based on the true history of the city (without the boring passages). The Hamburg Dungeon is the black comedy among the attractions: dark, atmospheric and very funny. By the way: Private or business events can also be held in the walls of this historic complex during the day or in the evening, for example company parties, birthdays or bachelors' farewells. After a champagne reception, a delicious buffet will be served in the restaurant in addition to the tour through the various attractions, of course in the proper style and in an extraordinary atmosphere. The Hamburg Dungeon is therefore a versatile attraction that can be visited during a holiday in Hamburg. There are tours in English language on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays at 10.00 am. Children are only allowed to visit the Hamburg Dungeon from the age of 10. Children up to the age of 14 are only admitted when accompanied by an adult.
