On the go with Monika Köver and Alexandra Springer

When she was first studying design, it was clear to the young fashionista that she much prefered wearing her own designs to clothes from the department store. She thus founded her own label - Lies in Layers - together with her long-time friend and fellow university student Katrin Krieschbach. Since then, the two designers create fashion that feels good to wear, fashion for every day, and fashion for special occasions in their atelier in the former Altona Tax Office building. The special thing abour their products is not only the endless possibilities to combine the various pieces, but also the fact that everything is produced exclusively in Europe.

Co-founder and editor of Très Click, a German online fashion magazine. Together with her former Grazia colleague Nino Götz, Alexandra Springer regularly provides fashion-interested readers with new contributions about fashion, beauty and pop culture.
