Musical ensembles, many of them with a focus on classical music, are an integral part of Hamburg's music scene. The NDR Elbphilharmonie Orchestra is always an ambassador for its home city when it performs around the world, while the Hamburg Camerata, for example, has organized a program specifically to give Hamburg's youngest children access to music.
