The Queen Mary 2 is the flagship of the British shipping company Cunard and the largest in the Queen's fleet with a capacity of 1,310 cabins and suites for 2,620 passengers. The standards in the accommodation include an air-conditioning system, telephone, TV and radio as well as safe, mini bar and cabin sets for the hearing impaired. Cabin service and Gentleman Hosts are offered as a special service – both without extra charge.
From Hamburg, the routes of the Queen Mary 2 travel over the Atlantic to New York or through the Skagerrak to Oslo and Gothenburg. Everything is provided on board: Food and drink is available in six restaurants (including two rotisseries and a buffet restaurant). There are shopping facilities and alternating entertainment programmes. Sporty passengers can jog on deck, use the fitness room or play golf. To finish the day on a relaxed note, passengers can spend time in one of the seven bars or in the nightclub.
